Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life. I strive to provide the highest in photography services to make sure your wedding day is as perfect as possible!
During our initial meeting we will get to know each other and make sure that we are the right fit for each other. We’ll schedule a time to meet up again prior to your wedding such as at an engagement shoot or walk-thru of your venue. We will go over any last minute details and special photo requests you may have.
When your wedding day arrives, you can relax and enjoy your day while I capture all the important moments and details.
At Exposures by Kelli Photography I am all about capturing the details of your special day exactly as they are and preserving your valuable memories for years to come. While you enjoy every precious moment as it’s happening, I am working quietly in the background, taking candid photos of your ceremony, reception, and friends and loved ones as they celebrate with you.
All of my images are of the highest quality and minimally processed to preserve the natural beauty and authenticity of your wedding day memories. Each finished photo will be a beautiful record of those special moments that you can cherish for a lifetime.

Weddings: How I Work
Exposures by Kelli Photography specializes in [traditional/photojournalism/fine art] style wedding photography.
I make sure to take many candid images of your wedding and guests’ joyful celebration throughout the day. I also take some time; usually between your ceremony and reception, to guide you and your wedding party or special guests into classic and contemporary poses so you can have styled, gorgeous group shots as well.
My primary focus is on providing every client with unobtrusive, professional photography services that allow the wedding festivities to carry on, uninterrupted by my work. With my low-key and quiet style I am able to capture the precious details and once-in-a-lifetime moments without disturbing the natural flow of your day.

Bridal Session
Capture the beauty and details of your bridal look before you are swept away in the busy excitement of your wedding day!My bridal session will showcase not only how gorgeous you look, but also every bit of effort and care you’ve put into your wedding look. We can photograph you on location at your venue or another place dear to your heart.
Vow Renewal
As special and magical as your original ceremony is, it’s just as wonderful if you chose to renew your vows. I will capture and preserve every detail that’s different, and every one that’s stayed the same so you can enjoy the memories of each day for forever.
Encore Session
Whether you found yourselves swept away in your wedding day festivities, or you just want another custom record of your love and excitement at a later date, encore sessions are a great way to remember the details of your bride & groom looks. I photograph you and your love, in your full wedding attire, at a location of your choice. It’s a great opportunity to capture dramatic, beautifully styled individual and couple shots that are perfect for an album or canvas.
Individual and Family Portraits
You don’t stop creating memorable moments after you’re married. If anything you make even more! Which is why I offer individual and family portrait packages. I’ll help you document and remember all your special milestones and events along the way.
Policies
Turnaround Time
Proofs are available for viewing approximately 4 to 8 weeks after the wedding. I may post a few images on my blog and facebook prior, so be sure to have your friends and family subscribe to my social media. I try to give you something within a week of your wedding.
Digital Files
I do not guarantee a set amount of images. The number of images shot at your wedding is based on the amount of hours, activities and the number of guests. As a guideline you can expect approx. 30-45 images per hour of service that you contract. Although I give you absolutely everything I take during your big day. So you don't miss out on a single shot!
Your final edited images are delivered in .jpeg format at 8 x12 in at 300 dpi. RAW files are not available for purchase and remain property of the studio. Reprint permission is included with your digital file purchase. I retain the copyright. Many print and online magazines use my images within their publications. If for any reason, work related or otherwise, you wish not to have your photos submitted, just let me know and I will honor that request.
Payment
I accept checks, money orders and major credit cards. A non-refundable retainer fee of $350 is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding. Time requested on the day of the wedding will be billed at my hourly rate which may be higher than you package rate. It is best that you reserve sufficient time at your initial booking.

I’m ready to book my wedding, what is the next step?
After you’ve decided that you’d like to hire me to photograph your wedding, you will need to fill out a contract and pay a retainer fee to hold your date. We can meet in person for this or I can send you the documents via e-mail.
Is it necessary to meet in person before the wedding?
While it is great if we can meet in person prior to your wedding, if you are planning a wedding from another state, don’t worry. We can discuss details on the phone, e-mail or via Skype. When you arrive in town we can meet up for coffee to go over any last minute details.
How soon in advance should we book our date?
Most brides book approximately 9-12 months in advance. If you want to guarantee that I’m available on your wedding date, I recommend signing up at your earliest convenience.
Do you charge extra for travel?
Travel within a 50 mile radius of my studio is included. If your wedding or engagement session takes place outside of that range additional fees may be added.
Do you offer rehearsal dinner coverage?
Yes. I offer rehearsal dinner coverage provided I am available on your rehearsal dinner date. I can provide you a separate quote.
